It’s really free, with no hidden costs. Support and implementation is built-in to the application to make it super-simple to implement and use, without vendor training or implementation charges. If you decide it’s not for you, you can download your own data.

What’s included in the Free Training Tracker? ▾
The Free Training Tracker includes up to 100 users: we don’t restrict you to ridiculously small user limits. The free version also allows for 10 training courses and 5 certificates. How does it help me stop chasing my workers to update their certificates and training records? ▾
For every training course and certificate, you’ll be able to set (and forget) the required recurrence interval. Then MakerComply takes care of it from there: workers will automatically get SMS notifications at 60, 30, and 7 days before the due date, showing them how to use the self-serve portal to upload their training or certification proof. Is it mobile-friendly? ▾
Yes: workers can use their cell phones if they don’t have access to desktops or tablets. They’ll get automated text reminders on their phones that link directly to a self-serve screen, where they can upload their proof of training or certificate. Managers and supervisors will use the desktop version of MakerComply to do the initial training tracker setup and view automated reports and updates.

What types of training does it work with? ▾
The free Training Tracker can work with virtually any kind of training that you have. You can have up to 10 different training events (more available for a low add-on cost). Each of these trainings can be: a link to third-party courses; a link to your own existing training files (like videos or slide shows); on-the-job training with attached guidelines; or any other type of training you provide.
